Billionaire hay multi-millionaire ha?  not everyone is lucky enough to inherit from their parent's fortune or accululate massive  company's stocks. (Speaking for the majority)

It takes us 40 years to have the first million.  After that we add one more every few years.  All of it is from hard working, living with in our means and investing wisely.  After the first million, one figures out the right formula.
