not sure the whole details , nhưng MOD TV can't go around " ban " people just because they have different opinions . Got to identify very specific and narrow issues on the individual from our wide range definition of violations .  Unless MOD can do this , can't not go around and ban people . To me " nói chuyện mất dạy " is really not a reason ..... that deserves a  " ban " since it is not really a violation ....
